For all of our pool service packages a technician will visit your pool once per week to maintain chemical balance and cleanliness of your pool. Any additional visits outside of our regularly scheduled maintenance day will be clearly communicated to you in advance of our arrival.

The time servicing your pool varies by what service package you have chosen; however, you can expect our technicians to spend 15min-50min at your pool on a weekly basis. After each visit our technicians will deliver a Pool Scorecard to update you on your pool’s chemical balance, services provided, and any recommendations.

Why doesn’t my technician fill up my pool’s water level during the weekly service visit?

What should I do for maintenance in between my weekly service visits?

There are a few tasks that we ask our customer to complete during the days in-between our service visits. These include keeping water level at the appropriate level, skimming any major debris out of the pool as needed, and ensuring the pump is running at the recommended interval each day.
